Kuwaiti defense minister denies Iraqi military build up near the Kuwaiti borders

The Kuwaiti defense minister Jaber al-Mubarak has denied the existence of any Iraqi military build up near the Kuwaiti borders. In statements issued yesterday by the Kuwaiti dailies al-Mubarak indicated that there are no Iraqi missiles near the borders with Kuwait.
