Yemeni opposition to propose a vision for political reform

Eight Yemeni opposition parties yesterday proposed their vision concerning the national alliance initiative debated by the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh to opposition parties at the beginning of this month.
Party sources at the parties of the joint meeting, which includes the Yemeni coalition for reform, the socialist party, the Naserite Unionist organization and other five parties, will propose what it called its national vision to ensure holding the forthcoming parliamentary elections in secure atmospheres away from violence as well as to deal with various violations in the country. This national vision was debated before the national alliance committee for the first time at yesterday's meeting for that purpose.
These sources indicated to the vision of the opposition parties that embodies a comprehensive program on political, social and economic reforms in Yemen.
