Russian companies to help rehabilitate Syrian tire factory

Syria's minister of Industry, Issam al-Zaeem, and a delegation representing the Russian Teyag Brom Export company discussed yesterday the possibility of the Russian company rehabilitating and developing the Aphamea Tire Factory.
The two sides agreed on forming a joint team from both companies, delegating Syrian technological group to Russia for training, and on recieving experts from Russian companies to start the implementation of the rehabilitation project. The two sides also discussed several projects under study.
