Ebeid to open regional office in Cairo

Prime Minister Atef Ebeid has approved opening the first Middle East regional office of the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Cairo. An agreement on this score will be signed on Saturday in the Cabinet, said Minister of State for foreign Affairs Fayza Abul Naga.
