Lahoud: Lebanese- Kuwaiti relations are solid

Lebanese President Emil Lahoud has underlined the importance of inter- Arab solidarity and unifying Arab ranks to withstand current challenges and expected requirements, recalling the common Arab position during the recent Beirut Arab summit conference.

In a statement during his meeting with the Kuwaiti ambassador in Beirut, Ali Suleiman al-Saeed who conveyed to him a verbal message from the Kuwaiti deputy premier and foreign minister. President Lahoud said that Lebanese- Kuwaiti relations are solid and deeply rooted and are characterized by amity and cooperation.

For his part and following the meeting with the Lebanese president, the Kuwaiti ambassador said that the Kuwaiti message relates to Lebanese- Kuwaiti bilateral relations.
