Saudi defense minister denies demanding US forces leave Riyadh

The Saudi defense minister Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz has denied his country to have had asked Washington to withdraw its forces that exist in Riyadh. He explained in press statements issued yesterday that these forces, beside other forces are monitoring the so-called "no fly zone" imposed on southern Iraq.
He said that the American, British and French forces exist in Saudi Arabia since 12 years will continue its assigned missions, according to Safwan agreement and the UN security council resolutions.
