Hanging church to receive visitors mid this year

Egypt's Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni will inaugurate mid this year the project of developing and restoring the hanging church which has been carried to save the church from the underground water.
The project is in the context of linking the church to the area of Amr Ibn Alaas mosque and the Jewish synagogue with the aim of transferring the area of old Cairo to the first opened museum for the heavenly religions antiquities.
Meanwhile, Supreme Council of Antiquities Secretary General Zahi Hawas highlighted that the project costs L.E. 23 million.
