The Israeli government has appointed two new ambassadors Egypt, Jordan. The Israeli foreign ministry chose the Israeli diplomat Eili Shekeid as its ambassador in Cairo, instead of Jadoun Bin Ami who reached the retirement age.
A spokesman for the ministry said that Shekeid had worked at the Israeli embassy in Ankara and Cairo. The source added that the ministry appointed ambassador Yakov Hadas as a new ambassador in Egypt.
