Prior to broadcasting Usama Bin Laden's tape on Tuesday evening, the repetition of denials and accusations between Washington and al-Jazira TV channel continued. Washington had stressed that there is a tape for Bin Laden, the leader of al-Qaida organization, while al-Jazira denied to have any tape.

ISESCO urges action to end blockade on palestinian educational institutes
The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO, a Rabat-based body of the Organization of the Islamic Conference), urged the ministers of education of member states to pool their efforts to undertake urgent measures to end the blockade imposed on the Palestinian educational institutions and to guarantee the Palestinian people's right to education.

Morocco to import 800,000 tons of soft wheat
Morocco has launched a bid to import 800,000 tons of soft wheat to be delivered between April 10 and May 25, says the Moroccan grains and leguminous vegetables office (ONICLE).

An explosion in Ein al-Helweh; shopping center in Lebanon
A Palestinian source said that a mortar was thrown yesterday at dawn at the house of one member of the Fatah movement which is led by the chairman of the Palestinian authority Yasser Arafat in Ein al-Helweh camp for the Palestinian refugees in south Lebanon.
