Sharon plans to divide the West Bank into seven parts, Israel break into Jenin, al-Maghazi camp
Palestine-Israel, Military, 2/7/2003

The Israeli forces yesterday escalated their aggressions against the Palestinians and carried out more acts of killing and demolishing populated areas and collective acts of arrest.

Meantime, news reports disclosed a plan laid by Sharon aiming at dividing the West Bank into isolated Cantons linked only by tunnels and bridges and controlled by the Israeli forces.

One member of the Palestinian security forces was killed and other two wounded while 15 Palestinians were arrested when the Israeli forces broke into the city of Qalqilya while 20 Israeli tanks backed by bulldozers and military vehicles stormed into al-Maghazi camp in the downtown of Gaza and demolished the house of the Palestinian "martyr" Baha Eddin Saeed under the charge of executing a military operation in "Kfar Daroum" two years ago.
