Two Palestinians killed, houses destroyed by the Israeli forces

Two Palestinian farmers were killed and two others were wounded after they were targeted by the fire of the Israeli forces in Abasan town to the east of Khan Younis.

A Palestinian source said that Salem Ayed Qdeih ( 60 year old) and Zuheir Abu Shaab ( 35 year old) were killed when an Israeli tank positioned at the outskirts of Gaza opened fire indiscriminately at a group of farmers who were working in their fields.

The Israeli forces also arrested yesterday 6 Palestinians from various parts of the West Bank and intensified their presence in Wadi Araba area and announced the state of alert in Negev of fears of resistance operations.

Meantime, one Israeli soldier was killed and other three wounded when an Israeli military car collided near Areal settlement in the West Bank.
