Iraq returns back properties to Kuwait

A spokesman for the Iraqi foreign ministry said yesterday that Baghdad will return back property that belong to Kuwait that were confiscated during 1990-1991.
The spokesman added this will be made during a celebration to be held today at the headquarters of the UN monitoring committee between Iraq and Kuwait in Um al-Qaser.
