EIB to finance environmental projects in Syria

Syrai's Minister for Environmental Affairs, Adnan Khozam, and the delegation of the European Investment Bank headed by, Peter Bandellah discussed yesterday relations of cooperation in the domain of financing environmental projects in Syria.
The minister praised the bank's efforts and activities in Syria in many domains in education, health, energy, transport and sewage system.
The delegation expressed readiness to offer all needed loans to complete studies and to finance the project of managing solid wastes in Homs and Aleppo.
The two sides stressed the importance of joint cooperation in order to reach investment goals in the domain of managing the solid wastes in Syria.
