Moroccan Libyan operators sign 10 protocols of agreement
Libya-Morocco, Economics, 1/24/2003

Thirteen Moroccan companies from different sectors and ten Libyan partners signed Wednesday ten protocols of agreement at the Casablanca chamber of commerce, industry and services.

The accords cover several fields including textile, agri-food, communication, environment and aviation.

These agreements will "enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries' economic operators, and help enterprises meet the globalization requirements," Moroccan minister of foreign trade said in a message read out on his behalf.

Fairs and exhibitions will be held in Morocco and Libya to foster bilateral cooperation, secretary of the Popular Committee of Industry, Energy and Mining in Benghazi, Miftah Akili Snoussi, said, adding that the signed accords are part of his country's policy to draw investments.
