Sudanese negotiations postponed until today

The third round of the peace negotiations between the Sudanese government and the southern rebels which were due to start in Nairobi yesterday (Wednesday) were postponed until today.
The Sudanese charge de affairs in Nairobi Ahmad Dardeiri said that the main mediator to these negotiations, Gen. Lazaro Sombyyo ( Kenya ), was obliged to be absent because of the death of a family member.
