UAE defense minister confers with the Iranian foreign minister

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Dubai's crown prince and the UAE defense minister yesterday in Dubai received the Iranian deputy foreign minister for Arab and African affairs Muhammad al-Sader. The two sides exchanged talks on the Iraqi issues and the developments of conditions in the Gulf region.
The two sides stressed the region's need for peace as well as the need of their peoples and states for enhancing security and stability.
