American ambassador and Iraq

The US ambassador to Turkey Robert Person has stated that his country is working to solve the Iraqi issue through peaceful means and international law concept through Iraq's implementation of its obligations as a member at the UN.
In a statement in Ankara yesterday following his meeting with the deputy chairman of the Turkish Justice and Development Party, Person said that the USA and Turkey are trying to find a common solution for the Iraqi issue that will be mutually accepted. He stressed that there is no crisis between Washington and Ankara.
