Syrian Vice President to convey al-Assad's message to Putin

Syria's Vice President Abdul Halim Khaddam is leaving for Moscow on Tuesday in a business visit to Russian Federation. Khaddam is due to convey a message from President Bashar Al-Assad to the Russian President, Vladimir Putin and to meet with a number of Russian Federation senior officials.
