Assafir: Djerjian underlines the importance of Syrian- American dialogue

The Director of the US James Baker Institute for General Policies and the former U.S Ambassador to Damascus, Edward Djerjian has underlined the importance of Syrian-American dialogue, and pointed out that the Syrian stand calling for the necessity of resuming the negotiations on the Syrian-Israeli track, from the point where they were halted, represents an important issue to the US. administration.
In a statement to the Lebanese daily of Assafir yesterday issue, Djerjian described the dialogue outcome as constructive and frank.
