A lecture on US and Israeli Interests

Head of the National Council of the American Arab relations in Washington John Duke Anthony affirmed yesterday in a lecture he delivered in Abu Dhabi that Israel has great interest in having the American military strike against Iraq and in the redrawing a new map to the region. "Israel will invest the military strike against Iraq to liquidate the Palestinian Resistance, the Intifada, and expel the Palestinian People out of their land," Anthony said in a lecture at Zayed Center for Coordination and Following-Up.
Anthony also pointed out that there is a new American strategy to control oil sources in Iraq.
