Britain to inform its ambassadors about the Iraqi crisis

Most of British ambassadors working outside estimated at 200 were summoned to London to take part on January 6 and 7th in a conference dealing with the Iraqi crisis.

A spokesman for the British foreign office said in a statement that Iraq will be among the issues debated to the conference which will be held at the conferences center in London, noting that the conference will also discuss certain foreign policy issues for Britain.

For its part, the British daily the Guardian explained that the British defense minister Geoffrey Hoon and the minister for international development Claire Short will give talks during the conference which is considered the first of its kind.
