Means to upgrade cooperation between Morocco and Ghana in fisheries topped talks held in Rabat Monday by Moroccan Fisheries Minister, Tayeb Rhaffes and Ghana's ambassador to Morocco, Kobina Annan. Morocco handed on the occasion to Ghana a draft fisheries cooperation accord providing for a bilateral partnership in matters of maritime vocational training, scientific and technical research as well as the promotion of sea products processing. The Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon has invited the Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit Israel. He praised Putin's position concerning what he called "the extremist Islamic terrorism" and the "friendship he ( Putin ) shows towards the Israeli people."
