Sharon calls army to intensify assassinations; Palestinian child shot by Israeli soldiers

Palestinian child Abdul Karim Salamah ( 11 year old) was shot dead by the Israeli soldiers bullets in Toulkarem and other two were wounded in Rafah. One of them is an AP photographer in Rafah.

Meantime, the Palestinians eulogized the Palestinian female child Hanin Abu Suleiman who was shot by the Israeli bullets in Khan Younis while playing in front of her house with other children. Thereby the number of Palestinian children shot by the Israelis for this month December tolled 13.

The Israeli forces demolished five Palestinian houses in the territories of 1948 and stressed it will demolish all houses and shops built along the Beer Sheba road.

The Israeli forces also arrested seven citizens from Toulkarem and imposed a military siege against Qalqilya and Hebron.

Meanwhile, Ezz Eddin al-Qassam group, the military wing of the Hamas movement claimed responsibility for anti tank missile fired at an Israeli patrol and resulted in wounding two Israeli soldiers in Rafah.

A large explosive went off near Harael settlement in the West Bank and another explosive went off near Kari Natsareim and an Israeli coach was exposed to a fire.

An Israeli gunboat blew off a Palestinian fishing boat near al- Shate' ( the coast ) camp and its Palestinian fishermen were arrested.

On the other hand, the Israeli prime minister called for intensifying attacks by the Israeli army and settlers against the Palestinians in the occupied Arab territories.

During the weekly session for the Israeli Cabinet yesterday, Sharon called for intensifying the operations carried out by the Israeli army inside the Palestinian cities, villages and camps, considering that physical liquidation and assassination operations against the Palestinians fall in the course of what he called "preventative war." Sharon said that he had agreed with his defense minister Mofaz to pursue a new method to oppress and chase the Palestinians. But he did not clarify on that.
