Turkey will announce its position onmilitary action against Iraq only after a UN resolution to this effect

The chairman of the Turkish Justice and Development party, Rajab Tayeb Ardoghan, has stressed that his country will not announce its decision concerning any military operation against Iraq before the issuance of a resolutions to this effect by the UN Security Council. Worthy mentioning that the US is making pressures against Turkey to get its support in case of military action against Iraq.
In a televised statement yesterday, Ardoghan said that Turkey will wait the issuance of a UN resolution concerning the likely military operation.
