Two Palestinians killed by special Israeli forces, plans to build new Israeli settlements

The two Palestinians Kamal Hassan Suboh ( 27 year old), a member of Hamas and Mustafa Jalal ( 28 year old) from al-Aqsa martyrs group were killed by the Israeli bullets in a village near Jenin when their were besieged by a special group of the Israeli forces while trying to cross the fields by a tractor.

Meantime, the Israeli forces arrested 21 Palestinians in an incursion operation in Areiha. Among them are known Tawfiq al-Zein ( 34 year old), the local official in the Islamic Jihad movement. The Israeli forces launched a campaign of arrest during which scores of the citizens of Ramullah and Nablus were arrested after breaking into the mosque of the city.

Meanwhile, the Israeli settlement policy announced a bid for building 232 houses in Emanuel settlements near Nablus. The spokesman for the Israeli settlement ministry claimed that building these houses aims at facing what he called the population growth in this settlement.

The spokesman admitted that 1200 houses were built in the West Bank and quarters adjoining Jerusalem. The so-called "the council of the Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Gaza" welcomed in a statement the population increase in the settlements of the West Bank and Gaza within three years to 40,000, while the largest organization for settlers said that number of the Israeli settlers in Gaza and the West Bank tolled 220,000.
