Milliyet: Ghoule to visit Syria. Saudi Arabia and Egypt
Regional-Turkey, Politics, 12/21/2002

The Turkish leader of the justice and development party Rajab Tayeb Ardoghan has announced the first move of the Turkish prime minister Abdullah Ghoule towards the Arab neighbors, and in particular Syria, Saudi Arabia and Egypt which he is supposed to visit under the possibilities of the eruption of the American war against Iraq.

The Turkish daily Milliyet quoted Ardogan as saying that " saudi Arabia, Syria and Egypt É. Should be convinced, if a coalition will not be formed and Turkey stood alone, this will be of very destructive consequences on Turkey." Ardogan added that Ghoule will "hold a Middle East tour concerning Iraq and might also head for Iran."
