Moussa replies officially Kuwait's message concerning Saddam's speech

A source at the Arab League AL has announced that the AL secretary general Amr Moussa sent on Wednesday a message to the Kuwaiti foreign minister on the speech delivered by the Iraqi President Sadam Hussein last week.
The source said that the " message includes a reply to a previous message the AL chief had received from the Kuwaiti foreign minister." the message was handed to Kuwait's permanent representative at the AL Ahmad al-Kleib during a meeting held in Cairo.
The Kuwaiti ambassador hoped that the "message of the AL chief will have enough clarification for the AL position of the Iraqi President speech and answers to what stated in the message of Sheikh Sabah."
Kuwait had officially asked Moussa to "answer the message of Sheikh Sabah." The Kuwaiti ambassador denied any crisis between Kuwait and the AL. He said that what happened that certain views expressed by several members of the Kuwaiti nation council ( parliament) and no official statements were made concerning them. No criticism was made for the persons of the AL chief Amr Moussa.
