Qaboos takes part in Qatar's summit

The Omani news agency said yesterday that Sultan Qaboos bin Said will take part in the annual summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council GCC due to be held on Saturday and Sunday in Qatar.
However, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait announced their leaders will not take part in the said summit.
