Kuwait denies contracts for buying German Fox tanks

The Kuwaiti deputy premier and foreign minister has denied that Kuwait had contracted with Germany to buy Fox tanks and equipment specialized in chemical war during the visit of the German defense minister to Kuwait last Sunday.
In a statement to the Kuwaiti daily al-Seyash yesterday, the Kuwaiti defense minister made it clear that the visit of the German defense minister to Kuwait aimed at inspecting conditions of the German soldiers ( in Kuwait ) and discussed Kuwait- German military cooperations.
