Syrian participation at Morocco's Forum

Syria's Minister of Expatriates, Naser Qaddour arrived yesterday in Marrakech to preside the Syrian delegation to the Fourth International Forum on "Renewal the State Role" which starts today.
The Forum, which is organized by Morocco with the cooperation of the United States and various international organizations, is scheduled to last three days with the participation of more than 1200 representatives from 100 states.
