Iran to render water assistance for Syria
Syria-Iran, Economics, 12/11/2002
The Iranian minister of energy Habibullah Betarf on Tuesday met with the Syrian minister of housing Adham Wanly and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting Betarf stressed his country readiness to extend assistance to Syria especially in the field of water.
For his part Wanly expressed the hope that Syria would benefit from the Iranian expertise in the field of improving the performance of water companies in Syria.
