Israel warns its citizens from traveling to 6 countries, including Egypt

The Israeli foreign ministry issued, following the double operation in Kenya, new directives to the Israeli tourists warning them from travelling to six countries which are Thailand; Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Egypt, including Sinai.

The Israeli ministry explained that traveling to one of these countries will be the responsibility of each and every traveler. The Israeli tourism offices dealt with this warning seriously and decided to cancel flights which were decided to the countries governed by the warning.

In its warning to that effect, the Israeli foreign ministry said that "following the terrorist attack in Kenya and in light of the possibility of similar operations to take place in various countries, the terrorism fighting headquarters recommends the Israeli tourists postpone their unnecessary visits to Kenya, Ethiopia and Eritrea for the time being, on the ground of increased warning of armed operations in Egypt, the terrorism fighting center reiterates its warning to passengers and calls on tourists to abstain from visiting Egypt, including Sinai." The warning also calls on the Israeli tourists not to speak up of their nationality in Thailand.
