Israeli delegation heads for Washington

An Israeli team will head for Washington within the coming days in order to hold talks with the US administration on the Israeli request to get American guarantees for 10 billion dollars in loans.
The Israeli radio said yesterday that the Israeli team includes the director of the court ( divan) of the Israeli prime minister, the director of the Israeli defense ministry and the director general of the ministry of finance.
Meantime, Israeli political sources said that the Israeli government is pleased over the statements made by the White House concerning relations between Israel and the USA.
