Al-Shara reviews with Karam Syrian- Lebanese relations

Syria's foreign minister Farouk al-Shara yesterday received the Lebanese minister of tourism Karam Karam.
Discussions dealt with latest developments of conditions in the region and "brotherly" relations between Syria and Lebanon.
