British employee killed by the Israeli bullets in Jenin

A British employee works for UNRWA was killed in Jenin yesterday. The official spokesman for UNRWA in Geneva of Rene Akaron, confirmed the killing the British employee who works for the organization by bullets in Jenin, noting that the victim is Eyan Hook.

The spokesman added that Hook died in the ambulance which was taking him to hospital but the spokesman stressed he does not know the implications of the incident.

The Palestinian local rule minister Saeb Oreikat stressed that the British was killed by the "Israeli bullet." He added that an Irish woman was wounded in the same incident.

For his part, the Palestinian doctor Muhammad Abu Ghali, the director of Jenin - state run hospital said that the British man was hit by two bullets in his stomach of "Damdam" type, which is only used by the Israeli army.
