Jordan arrests Majd al-Shameylah

The Jordanian minister of information Muhammad al-Edwan announced that the Jordanian authorities arrested yesterday the businessman Majd al-Shameylah who is accused of "stealing." He was handed over by Australia to Jordan.
The Jordanian news agency quoted al-Edwan as saying that al-Shameylah was arrested and brought to the state security court which started investigations with him.
