Morocco and Spain can reach larger, deeper dialogue, Morocco's fm
Morocco-Spain, Politics, 11/16/2002

Morocco's minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mohamed Benaissa, who is on a working visit to Brussels, said Thursday Morocco and Spain can reach a "larger and deeper" dialogue, based on mutual respect that excludes threat and provocation.

Benaissa told reporters following a meeting with EU's External Relations Commissioner, Chris Patten, that a visit to Madrid is "under preparation," in response to the one undertaken, last July, by Spain's Foreign minister, Ana Palacio.
