Morocco: no take-over bid for the second fixed phone license

No take-over bid has been submitted to purchase the second fixed phone license in Morocco, projected to launch a public network of land telecommunications in the Kingdom.
Morocco's National Agency of Telecommunications regulation (ANRT) has made public, on June 11th, a tender fixing November 5th as a deadline, says a communique by ANRT, adding that "up to this date no bidder has submitted an offer," adds the communiqu?.
Services authorized with the scope of this telecommunications license concern voice and data at the local, urban and international levels.
Twelve companies have withdrawn tender forms.
