Qathafi, ruler of Qatar hold telephone talks

Libya's Leader of the Revolution Colonel Muammar al Qathafi on Tuesday evening received a telephone call from the ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani during which the two sides reviewed the current Arab condition.
