Al-Shara, Kharazi discuss ME developments in a phone call

Syria's deputy prime minister and foreign minister Farouk al-Shara yesterday received a telephone call from the Iranian foreign minister Kamal Kharazi dealing with latest regional and international developments. Stress was laid on rejecting the option of war towards which certain American sides are pushing and the need of finding out a peaceful settlement for the Iraqi issue through the UN.
