Ruler of Kuwait gets a message from Bush

The ruler of Kuwait yesterday received a message from the US President George Bush relating to means of strengthening and developing bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
The message was handed over by the US ambassador to Kuwait Richard Henry Jones during his meeting with the ruler of Kuwait in Kuwait yesterday.
