Salary increase in Sudan the Workers

Trade Unions in Sudan and the ministry of finance have agreed to increase wages of state employees by 30%, effective January, 2003.
The chairman of Sudan's workers federation Ibrahim Ghandour said in a statement to the Sudanese news Agency that the new increase aims at supporting State's employees living conditions to meet the increase in living costs.
