Tomorrow is the first day of the fasting month of Ramadan

Lebanon and most of the Arab states announced yesterday that Tomorrow is the first day of the fasting month of Ramadan, while Libya said it starts today ( Tuesday).
The Lebanese republic Mufti Sheikh Muhammad Rasheed Qabbani said yesterday that "today, Tuesday, is the 30th day of Shaaban month ( Islamic calendar) and therefore tomorrow will be the first day of the holy month of Ramadan."
Each of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait announced on Monday that the holy month of Ramadan will start tomorrow Wednesday while Libya said that the month of Ramadan will commence today, Tuesday, in Libya.
