French FM calls for renovated Morocco-France partnership

French foreign minister, Dominique de Villepin, who started on Wednesday a two-day visit to Morocco, called for a "renovated" bilateral partnership based on efficiency, and expressed his country's "full support" to Morocco within the Barcelona Process, in which "Rabat and Paris play a pivotal role."
The two countries have set two objectives in this regard: economic development through incentives to small and medium enterprises and the upgrading of enterprises legislation, he said, adding that the bilateral relations were directed to focus more on health, education for all, and territory planning.
