Kuwait excludes the Americans of being chased by the criminal court

An official at the US Department of State announced yesterday that Kuwait has agreed to exclude the American soldiers from judicial pursue in "International Criminal Court." The American official said that the two countries will be signed the agreement to this effect during a celebration in Washington next week.

The court enjoys the authority of chasing war crimes and crimes against humanity. Other 13 countries including Israel, Mauritania and Afghanistan signed a similar agreement with the USA.
