Jordanian King Abdullah commission for "Jordan first"

The Jordanian King Abdullah II yesterday ordered to formation of a national commission including all social strata in order to consolidate the slogan of " Jordan first" in challenge of regional dangers and conflicts that are looming in the horizons especially on the Palestinian and Iraqi arenas, to the east and west of the Kingdom.

In a message he sent to his prime minister Abul Ragheb following the killing of the American diplomat in Amman and issued yesterday, the Jordanian King called on the Jordanian people to seek for crystallizing "a social contract through daily practice of our priorities" calling on the opposition to "play its role and thinking, concerning the government's policies and programs, but not to oppose the sate's unwavering principled stances."

The commission includes 31 members representing all social strata and political, ethnic and religious affiliation in the Kingdom.
