Belarus, Kuwait for boosting relations

Kuwait's Amir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah yesterday during his meeting in Kuwait with President of Belarus Lukashinko discussed means of developing and strengthening bilateral relations between Kuwait and Belarus. The two countries signed a technical cooperation agreement.
