Gulf states get a message from Ivanov

The secretary general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdul Rahman al-Ateyah yesterday received a message from the Russian foreign minister Igor Ivanov.
A statement by the GCC general secretariat in Riyadh said that the message related to relations between Russia and the GCC as well latest developments at the regional and international arenas.
