Kuwait, Russia for boosting relations

The Kuwaiti acting foreign minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah yesterday received a message from the Russian foreign minister Igor Ivanov relating to bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.
The message was handed over by Russia's ambassador to Kuwait Vladimir Sheishov during his meeting with the Kuwaiti minister of state for foreign affairs Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah yesterday in Kuwait.
