Yemen: Limburg attackers maybe also USS Cole attackers

The Yemeni prime minister Abdullah Bajmal has said that the attack against the French oil ship Limburg resembles the blowing up of the American warship USS Cole and the same group might be responsible for the two operations.

Bajmal added in an interview issued yesterday in " September 26 " paper in Yemen that the executors of the attack against the French oil ship in which one person was killed may belong to the " same school to which attackers of (USS) Cole belong." But Bajmal questioned whether the same two groups belong to the same organization.

The paper said that Yemen suspects that the attack was implemented by a remote- control system from another boat by which the executors of the attack fled. He added that the police officers found the evidence of operating the boat by a remote sensing system in a house believed that the attackers used. The paper added that the officers also found maps for Reisout port in Oman, Hermex channel and al-Mukalla port in Yemen.
